The weekly co-ordination meeting with vendors was held today. This meeting was organized to ensure that all vendors are on the same page and understand the requirements of the project. The meeting was attended by representatives from all the vendors involved in the project.

At the end of the meeting, the vendors agreed on a timeline for the completion of the project. They also agreed on a system of communication and collaboration that would ensure that all vendors are kept informed and up to date on the progress of the project. The meeting was concluded with a commitment from all vendors to work together to ensure the successful completion of the project.
